Rodney Roberts
Rodney is the Managing Director of Harry’s Boys and has been involved in the construction industry for almost 30 years. Having grown up in a family-run building business, he understands the importance of trust, relationships and the personal pride that comes with delivering exceptional workmanship.
With a broad skill set built across multiple trades and extensive machinery licensing, Rodney brings deep practical knowledge to every project. His experience spans large-scale commercial works through to custom residential builds, renovations, extensions and luxury outdoor spaces.
Rodney believes great construction is about more than structures, it's about people. His hands-on leadership style equips and empowers the Harry’s Boys team to grow in their craft and career, while ensuring every client’s vision is brought to life with care, precision and integrity.

RJ Pont
RJ is the Supervisor at Harry’s Boys and brings over 17 years of leadership experience across construction, major events and the corporate sector. With a proven track record in building high-performing teams and delivering large-scale projects, RJ drives operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
Known for a hands-on, people-first leadership style, RJ has successfully implemented national compliance frameworks and led cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
RJ’s passion for people development and strategic execution ensures Harry’s Boys delivers industry-leading quality, innovation and client satisfaction on every job.
